First off, when you register make sure its the characters first and last name or their codename.
Once you've registered, please do not change your display name, an admin will do that for you when you've been accepted. The name will change to whenever your characters code name is. Their full name will be place in the title section of the forum profile.
Please keep in mind that this is a original character site. It takes place in the future so most of the canons have passed on. If you have any questions concerning a canon, PM me(the admin) and I will let you know the status of the character.

When you complete your application, please be patient as the admins have lives outside of role playing. If it takes over 2 days to look at your application you may pm us to remind us.
If you post a WIP profile you have ONE WEEK from the day you post the profile to finish it. If you do not finish the profile within that time period then it will be moved to the graveyard section. If you come back and wish to finish the application contact one of the staff members and let them know. We will be strict on the rule as
we do not want the WIP apps to pile up.
There are no reservations on faces or anything else, once you are accepted please make sure to post your claim.
Once your application is accepted, please make your claims, all of them please!
For the benefit of good roleplay and as a courtesy to other players, please try to make each post as decent two paragraphs at the minimum.
For periods of in inactivity please leave a LOA, there is a special section for this at the bottom of the site, a message to a Staff member, or a message in the cbox is not acceptable. If you do not post with your character for 2 weeks without leaving a LOA you will be sent a PM to that account, telling you to make an IC post ASAP, you will have a week from that PM to post. If you fail to do this your bio will be moved to the graveyard and your character eventually will be deleted.
Post templates are encouraged, but not required. They just make the site pretty.
When posting, please post in third person and past tense. It keeps everything in line.
Also, when posting please date your topic. It helps to keep in the timeline.
ONE post per turn, this doesn't mean you need to follow a rigid posting pattern such as 1,2,3,1,2,3 you can use 1,2,3,4,3,2,1,4 aslong as there is only ONE post per turn, fast posting will not be tolerated as it cuts out certain player from RPs. This rule is in effect unless someone SPECIFICALLY asks to be skipped for ONE turn or goes on LOA mid post.

Guests are permitted to ask questions.
Keep all fighting out of the cbox, any fighting will result in an instant ban from the cbox, and your warning level going up by 5%.
If you have any problems, please pm one of the admins, do not discuss it in the cbox.
Do not post any links outside of the forum in the cbox. If you have something to show someone, pm it to them.
Please keep the Proboards TOS in mind.
All graphics must be less than 500x400. Avatars are to be 100x100
Admin's word is law, though if you see something you think is an error, please feel free to pm an admin about it. We do talk to each other though, so don't try to pull a fast one over us.
Save everything. If something happens, that you think an admin needs to be notified, take a screen shot of what you're seeing, so we can be sure that it happened.
Credit. If you use something from someone else, credit them! Especially your sigs/icons. If I see someone not crediting, your warning level will go up by 5%. It's not that hard to write Credit goes to ---. Type it out. See.
Please do not steal anything from this site. The admins put their time into making this forum, so please don't steal.
